Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting and financial processes including closes, budgets, returns, payroll, donations, grants, models, and insurance
• Manage and train financial team members, conducting evaluations and serving on committees
• Share pertinent financial information with the CEO, board, and managers
• Work with external accountants to ensure that audit processes go smoothly
• Organize and file essential company documents and records including certification and licenses
• Recommend company-wide financial plans, procedures, and software

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in supervisory financial executive roles
• Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledgeable of Great Plains and related software
• Experience with fund management, reimbursement, and contracts
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to delegate where appropriate
