Job Description:
Are you a skilled project manager with a strong understanding of facility management and CAFM systems? We are seeking a contractor to oversee day-to-day project management activities, ensuring all parties are aligned and on track for successful implementation. Must Have:
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: With your strong analytical capabilities, you will assess the current state of our CAFM system, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions. Your ability to evaluate processes and make informed decisions will drive improved business outcomes.
- Change Management: Understanding the implications of change management, you will partner with our designated Change Lead to ensure a smooth transition to the upgraded system. Your planning abilities will minimize resistance and foster user adoption.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including WPS and facility managers, IT staff, vendors, and end-users. You will gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
