Overview:

ADM Contractors, LLC is a reputable construction company that specializes in high-end residential remodeling, additions, and building projects. Our company values are: communication, trust, integrity, hard work, and problem solving. We are currently seeking an Experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have over 5 years of experience with extensive knowledge of construction
• Must be able to understand and interpret safety laws and company policies/standards
• Must be a business oriented person
• Ability to assure responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others
• Estimate, plan and coordinate the project with ADM team
• Reviewing and following construction plans, specifications, and contract documents to estimate/manage projects
• Attend pre-bid meetings with owners, architects, and engineers to accurately estimate projects and review scope of the projects
• Help assist project field labor and materials for construction projects based upon your estimate
• Coordinate all equipment, material, and subcontractor purchases and deliveries for the project
• Track productivity of the manpower, inspect work for compliance and quality and take corrective action quickly to eliminate extra costs and document accordingly
• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules and schedule of values
• Identify and track all costs, identify and manage potential changes in scope of work
• Develop and maintain quality relationships will Owners, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction and look for feedback on ways to improve our delivery of the project
• Perform construction site visits and attend regular project meetings on construction sites
• Cost containment ideas with performance goals

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing & estimating Construction Projects
• Familiarity with construction management software (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRMs)
• Able to read Plans & Specifications, knowledge of trades, manage construction logistics, project delivery skills.
• Provide Leadership and personnel management skills
• Self-motivated with time and project management skills
• Ability to plan, look ahead, and see the “big picture”.
• Ability to work within a deadline driven environment and manage priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
