Generations Family Dental Care is Hiring a Customer Service Coordinator Near Southfield, MI

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in our office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care from the moment they contact our practice.

Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle Patient inquires, appointments, and scheduling efficiency
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
- Address patients concerns or issues with empathy and resolution
- Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the practice management software.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and courteously
- Collect payments, process insurance claims, and explain financial responsibilities to patients
- Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Assist with financial reporting and budget tracking.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Strong data entry skills
- Prior experience in customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform outbound calling tasks effectively
- Analytical skills for problem-solving
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in sales and upselling techniques would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
