Gelateria Gentile is an authentic Italian gelateria with 4 locations in NYC. With five generations of experience, we pride ourselves on our traditional recipes and commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the pastry team's operations in conjunction with the Head of Production.
• Operating and maintaining our machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Collaborating positively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Organize and oversee deliveries to our locations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 1 years of experience in a leadership role within pastry
• Detail orientated & motivated to be proactive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent verbal, written and leadership skills
• Possession of a food handling certificate.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel.
