Lucy's Vietnamese, renowned for its classic Pho with mouth-watering 14-hour smoked brisket, has quickly grown with 4 Brooklyn locations (Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, and East Williamsburg) since its 2015 inception. Join our expanding team!
We're seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee inventory, food quality, cost control, safety standards, and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe food storage and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Document operational procedures.
- Manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain menu planning and ingredient ordering.
- Resolve conflicts.
- Ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food.
- Must have a Food Handler Protection Certificate.
The initial tryout will be hourly-based, converted to full-time within 6-8 weeks at $4,500 per month.
Requires 3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in quick service & fast food. High school education or equivalent is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work weekends.
