We are urgently hiring for a Finance Business Partner to join us while we're experiencing our exponential growth. We're looking for someone to work in the San Diego office onsite.

The Job

As a Finance Business Partner at GeekPlus, you'll be the primary point of contact with our internal executives, reporting to C-level executives and Headquarter executives. You'll interact regularly to maintain strong communication with the internal clients. If you're a strong communicator, come talk to us and be part of finance BP team to provide senior level finance business partnering support for the Geekplus America and Canada.

Business Support:

• Partner closely with key stakeholders such as region VP, department head, project management team, HQ colleagues in financial support of the projects.
• End to end project administration including contract review, system set up, billing, collections and project close out.
• Deliver financial result by prepare management reports and provide detailed business insights and commentary for financial performance
• Drive analysis of business performance by different dimensions such as product, customer and etc.

Budget and Forecast:

• Lead budget procedure and to drive and grow business value in the region by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets.
• Lead continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting and planning to drive simplification and standardization
• Manage and forecast cashflows on a monthly basis.

Control and Governance:

• Actively partner with other finance teams to create & maintain an environment of strong internal controls, good governance and efficient financial processes
• Monitor and develop internal control processes.
• Support HQ finance team (tax, accounting and etc.) for extra local support

Other ad-hoc task:

• Manage the finance department, training any new employees as necessary.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by leader

Requirement:

Must be a mandarin speaker and fluent in English in order to communicate with stakeholders in both languages.
