The Job
As Field Engineer at GeekPlus, you'll be the primary point of contact with our project managers, supply chain specialists, service program managers, suppliers, and customers. You'll team with internal functions to understand all the details of the system configuration and site dynamics. You'll work with internal and external resources to coordinate all aspects of a Robotic Systems deployment and maintenance at a customer site. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hardware components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques related to autonomous mobile robots. As the Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our AMR fleet across diverse operational environments.
