General Manager for Fast Casual Concept in Fremont, CA

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager (GM) to join our team at a thriving fast casual concept in Fremont, CA.
The Role :
As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and ability to motivate and inspire a team will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our goals.
What You'll Do :
Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff members
Implement and maintain high standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and implement effective systems to optimize efficiency
Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to enhance the restaurant's offerings
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast casual concept
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand values
