Role Expectations
The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Director for a multistate employer with 250-500 employees along with solid working knowledge and experience overseeing all HR business functions.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The remote/virtual work environment must be private and free from distractions such as other people and/or pets. Due to the sensitive nature of many HR functions, and the information that is accessible in this position, a private and secure network connection must be utilized. The use of unsecure public network connections is prohibited while performing any function of the job. The physical requirements for this position predominantly include sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, and extensive keyboarding.
