Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer information to provide personalized solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
