The Director of Human Resources is a full-time, year-round position at the Gatlinburg SkyPark. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing effective policies, procedures, guidelines and support for the team members of Gatlinburg SkyPark. Responsibilities:The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing effective policies, procedures, guidelines and support. Responsible for employee onboarding process, required administrative tasks and paperwork, oversees compensation, such as PTO, health insurance and other benefits. Leads and/or directs effective training/development. Keeps records regarding expenses, purchases and summary of business transactions, maintain employee’s records, maintain pertinent business information on file, assist with training and developing team members including recruiting, hiring, firing, and incentives.
Physical Demands:
Physically able to complete tasks assigned or expected which may include standing, sitting, walking, and lifting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage up to 100 employee records, files, updates, onboarding, trainings, benefit programs, payroll, and policies.
Work Environment:
Be able to work in office setting and transisiton to group activities in various locations
Position type and expected hours of work:
This position is full-time, year-round, no overtime. Specific days, to be determined.
Travel:
Some traveling is required for this position.
