• Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts, showcasing your strategic acumen
• Effectively introduce new products into the market, staying ahead of industry trends and demands
• Analyze financial data and actively contribute to financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborate closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions, contributing to the evolution of our offerings

Requirements

• Travel flexibility to ​Colombia,Guyana, Bahamas, Turks & Kayman, Aruba, Bonaire & Curacao
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of marine products and services preferred.
• Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
