Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Oklahoma City (on-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $15 per hour

Qualifications

• 2-year minimum experience of administrative office work

• Knowledge and ability to use Excel
• Knowledge of filing practices
• Document scanning preferred
• Ability to carry file boxes, up to 35 pounds and move multiple boxes by cart

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify case names and case numbers.
  Prepare documents before scanning, remove staples, repair pages, tape notes, insert placeholder sheets, and organize papers.
• Scan documents into the Electronic Document Imaging System.
• Perform file retrieval and return procedures. Tasks include retrieving files from storage boxes, preparing, scanning, and quality controlling on-demand files for the electronic document management system.
• Assist with special records center projects as they occur, perform other duties as assigned.
