POSITION TITLE: Data Analyst
TEAM: Operations
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer
FLSA Classification: Salary, Exempt
OBJECTIVE
As a Data Analyst you are responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into decisions. You will utilize your technical expertise to evaluate, validate, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
3 years’ experience in data analysis or similar discipline
Familiarity with data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Proficiency with one or more reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.), databases (SQL), one or more programming languages (Python, R, Javascript, etc.) , and ETL frameworks
Experience with statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS) for analyzing datasets
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data analysis
Effective at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or related field preferred
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

TRAVEL
This position requires approximately 5% travel via all modes of transportation. Overnight travel with a duration of one week may be required.

All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Candidates must also meet the requirements for an I-9 and e-Verify.
SALARY
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
