Gab’s Restaurant is looking to fill positions on our culinary team! Hiring for the following positions:

  • Part time Brunch Line Cook 
Gab's, a brand new contemporary restaurant serving seasonal, locally sourced cuisine that is artful and inventive is looking for an Line Cook. Our team is full of energy and inspiration. We are consistently changing the menu with the season so there is plenty of space for creative input and ideas. You will be working side by side with Chef Nate Ashton, previously the chef de cuisine at Mimi in Soho. Chef Nate is a calm, intelligent, artistic, and organized team leader that creates a fantastic work environment for a chef that is looking to learn and grow. The expectations for the Line Cook position are to be able to manage your station for brunch service, plate food with consistency, take direction and learn. We also expect you to be on time without exception. We are a chef driven restaurant that puts an emphasis on quality and excellence in every dish we serve. We need someone that shares our passion for delicious, inventive, seasonal cuisine.Currently, Gab's is open Tuesday-Friday 5pm-midnight, Saturday 10am-12am, and Sunday 10am-4pmHourly pay is based on experience. Come be a part of our team! Send your resume to info@gabsnyc.com or respond to this post.
