Gaatu, Inc. is a comprehensive service provider of cross-border e-commerce providing fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management services for a variety of Comsumers products. We are looking for a Business Operation Analyst to add to our Business Services team.

This position starts with 100% remote, then hybrid in the future.

Work Schedule: 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (US - California Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

• Partner warehouse relationship management.
• Monitor day-to-day operations of partner warehouse, provide solutions for the reported issue.
• Optimize SOP base on internal and external operations.
• Supporting new site implementation which includes WMS system, SOP and SLA align, logistics, communication between CS and warehouse operation.
• Cost analysis and negotiation with external parties.
• Set up and manage external parties KPI. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on the weekly meetings.
• Monitor planning volume of warehouse inbound and outbound to ensure all processes are smooth.
• Analyze site scope and capacity to have the site take a good place in CO developing plan.
• Other work duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience on warehouse management/3PLs required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
• Familiar with OMS, WMS system preferred.
• BS or Associate Degree in logistics or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• A proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to guide and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainable change and improve the process.
• Must be a team player and work on a fast-paced team and adapt to rapidly changing situations and conditions.
• Manage through ambiguity in complex environments, while continuing to drive action.
• Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
