Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 2-3x per week)
12-month W-2 Contract Assignment (potential to extend/convert)
Pay: $44-46/HR
Our client, a leading private university in Los Angeles, CA, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This position will directly support the ongoing operations within the EPMO (Enterprise Portfolio Management Office).
Responsibilities:
- Provide SME support of the Demand and Project modules within ServiceNow.
- Responsible for ServiceNow and Power BI report creation/complex data analysis and reporting.
- Manage Microsoft Office templates, process flow documentation, and other similar EPMO department responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Administration, Office Management.
- Without a bachelor's degree, 7 years of directly relevant experience. Relevant certifications may also be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree, but a high school diploma/or GED is required.
- Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
- Experience using and supporting ServiceNow Project Management Tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM)
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
- Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
- Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance.
- Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating date from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
- Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience
- Experience with Power BI DAX and Power Query
