As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of appointments completed by external representatives. You will meticulously review appointment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your primary objective will be to maximize the potential for selling our services by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to our external representatives.
