They are seeking a motivated Assistant Plant Manager who is hands on, ready to hit the ground running, and comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that is currently expanding their manufacturing plant!

SUMMARY:

Work alongside the Plant Manager on various tasks to ensure operations run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee production of all products
• Maintenance of equipment when needed
• Oversee all warehouse staff
• Manage inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fertilizer/Chemical/Ag experience A PLUS
• Maintenance experience
