PLANT MANAGER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Plant Manager is responsible for the operations of the plant, which includes the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times. Other duties include ensuring company policy and procedures are followed as well as assisting in the training process for new hires and staff members.
