Responsibilities
- Generate sales lead / prospective-customer lists (doctor offices) and chalk out territory plan to visit them with a frequency
- Travel throughout assigned territory to meet doctor offices and to seek their referrals for our physical therapy
- Be available to assist customers / doctor offices by phone or in person
- Display or demonstrate products and services using samples or catalog
- Work with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up-to-date
- Coordinate customer training; enter new customer data and current customer sales data into computer database
- Create and preserve referring practice relationships
- Look into and find resolutions to any customer complaints
- Participate with direct mail program, assuring developed pieces are processed
Required Skills
- High school or Bachelor’s degree
- Related sales / customer service experience and / or training that equals 1 year(s)
- Willing to travel within an assigned territory
