Sales Representative
MP1 Solutions is looking for part-time Sales Representatives with experience generating sales by building relationships and trust via inbound calls. If you are goal-oriented and comfortable working in our office over the phone, Zoom and/or via email and are ready to be a part of a high-growth, rapidly expanding company with unlimited growth for motivated individuals, then please apply!
Shifts available: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm; 9:00 am - 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm; 25 - 30 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
$20 - $22.00/hr plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities
Develop a strategic sales approach to increase customer base, market share, and profit margins
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the customer base
Analyze data and customer trends to identify current and potential customers
Make frequent sales calls to existing and prospective customers to present our products and services
Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective customers
Document all customer activities utilizing our internal CRM system
Utilize of sales and marketing techniques to build and grow relationships within assigned territory
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of sales and/or account management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to learn new products and services quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other related software
Experience in an EOS shop is a plus
