Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Clerk
We have an opening in Accounts Receivable (AR) for an organized team player who will assist our Accounting department with managing client invoice DSO (days sales outstanding) and account delinquencies. With at least 1 year of business-to-business collections experience, you will communicate professionally with our customers via phone and email.
This is a full-time, remote position, M-F, 8:30a – 5:30p Eastern time, and requires the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Making collection calls for delinquent accounts
- Reconciling customer accounts and supplying customers with back up information
- Setting up new customers
- Preparing and posting daily cash receipts
- Billing and submitting invoices
- Monitoring the credit hold queue
- Completing invoice adjustment forms
- Preparing for audits
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Some experience performing business-to-business, enterprise-level collections.
- Ability to work remotely, in your home office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and being able to multi-task.
- Ability to work business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
