Job Summary

The Finance Manager will report into the Director of Agency Operations and will support the day-to-day financial needs of the agency. This role will be responsible for a mix of both client finance and operational agency finance tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, work well with little supervision and demonstrate the ability to create efficient processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and exciting environment for a fast-paced company in the advertising industry .

Job Responsibilities

Manage and prepare monthly revenue functions on recognition, forecasting, variance analysis and commentary, and intercompany agreements and billing.

Manage department vendor relations

Supervise reconciling billing of advertisers/agencies and payments to clients/vendors in order to run monthly client billing meetings

Prepare and analyze financial reports/statements, etc.

Manage collections of accounts receivable

Manage the analysis of monthly client revenue/cost analysis packages

Manage the development and use of tools for data analysis of day-to-day agency activities (i.e., Pivots, Vlookups, complex IF functions, date functions, etc.)

Complete special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of finance management experience or similar experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

A minimum of four years of finance experience (preferably agency-related) is a plus

Knowledge of small business practices

An understanding of financial statements and general ledgers

Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

Superior computer skills and comfort with MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Independent thinker who can help create efficient processes

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
