The account manager will work on site at our customer location and is the single point of contact for assigned customers throughout Nassau County to procure technology including software, hardware, security, cabling, etc.
This on-site full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, along with an attractive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between assigned customers located throughout Nassau County and the company, facilitating the technical procurement process for software, hardware, security (cameras, doors, etc.), or cabling solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders, including Technology leads, to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints, ensuring alignment with proposed solutions.
• Develop relationships with Technology leads and team members to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration on project requirements and deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to procure technology solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed project plans to guide the implementation and deployment of technology solutions.
• Conduct "walk-through" site visits to customer locations to assess needs, identify potential challenges, and plan for deployments effectively.
• Keep meticulous notes and records of site requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems and deployments
• Highly organized and motivated
• Positive and proactive attitude towards work
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• College degree preferred; relevant experience in the field may be considered
• Familiarity with procurement guidelines preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license and vehicle. This person will drive to various locations within Nassau County
• Background check and fingerprinting will be required
