Acara Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate for our Long-Term Pharmacy clients located in East Syracuse, NY
This is a Direct Hire Role
- Identify delinquent accounts.
- Responsible for contacting customer of delinquent accounts until that account is resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on an account to include letters telephone conversations, charges payments etc.
- Audit Accounts to determine what the balance of the account consists of and provide documentation.
- Upon on customers request be responsible for the research and preparation and communication of outstanding invoices letters and other documentation within a reasonable time frame.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts being referred to the attorneys for collection.
- Month end closing process within the scheduled time frame.
Required Education:
- Minimum: AS Degree in Business Administration or 3 years equivalent experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
