ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer incoming warranty calls from customers
- Make outbound calls on warranty claims
- Order parts for our customers, stores, and warehouses
- Enter and schedule sales orders, exchanges, credit memo’s, and in-home repairs
- Follow-up with customers in timely manner
- Be able to defuse escalated calls
- Assist Customer Care Agents in resolution of customer conflicts
- Create an inspiring team environment
- Assign and supervise all activity performed by persons placed under direction
