This is not your average front desk, receptionist position. At FUNctional Therapy we love to have fun and provide the best services to the children that we treat. On a daily basis you are going to hear laughter and excitement from the treatment rooms. We are a small company that values each employee and the talents they bring to the team.

- Very organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to initiate, work independently, but also be a great team player.
- Loves and can easily engage with kids and their parents!
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Help transition new patients into the clinic with documentation completion, benefit checks, scheduling, and answering the families questions.
- Assist with managing medical records.
- Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.
- Assist with health insurance, authorization requests, family invoicing, and claims processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years’ experience in a client services/administrative support function.
- Proficiency in word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Any combination of equivalent education and work experience will be considered.
