Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of customer service.
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to meet client goals
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage client interactions and track progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) industry preferred
- Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions for clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems
