Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right plants and products to suit their needs.
• Handle a large volume of phone calls, assessing customer needs quickly and efficiently.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and maintain an upbeat and positive workplace.
• Perform cashier duties with attention to detail, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete.
• Keep your area clean, stock shelves, organize paperwork, price hardgoods, and file documents during downtime.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Open to all levels of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $17.50 per hour. This is a full-time position with 46 hour weeks, including overtime pay.
