Regional Property Manager

*Overseeing 5000 single-family homes for rent.*

As the Regional Property Manager, your primary role involves overseeing property management operations within the designated region, ensuring adherence to company standards and strategies. You will lead and guide team members to achieve financial goals and operational excellence by implementing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance property financial performance through revenue growth and expense management.
  • Conduct financial projections and forecasts for properties.
  • Spearheading customer service initiatives to elevate service levels.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor property management staff as necessary.
  • Devise and execute tailored marketing plans for each market.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and develop action plans for occupancy and growth.
  • Manage day-to-day property operations.
  • Handle escalated issues following company guidelines.
  • Coordinate maintenance requirements with vendors and contractors, overseeing contracts and progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish regional and company-wide strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Regional Manager capacity.
  • Proficiency in various computer software programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience with investor-owned properties preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
