fs3|Hodges is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced owner's representative Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, fs3|Hodges is committed to delivering high-quality projects while providing exceptional client service. The Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects, overseeing project planning, design management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction execution for education, healthcare, and federal projects as an Owner’s Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate with owner staff, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and end-users
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably with DSA, federal, and/or HCAI projects
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotition skills
- Proficient in Procore
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Deadline and detail-oriented
