Title: Project Assistant
Pay: $23.00/hr
Hours: Open / flexible availability is ideal for this position, as the hours needed may vary between 8 – 12 per week depending on the workload.
Location: 2910 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago IL 60659
Some remote work can be arranged after proper training

Having run a successful freight brokerage for a decade, Fruition Logistics is beyond proud to announce a brand-new Motor Carrier – Fruition Logistics Express (FLEX)!
We are in need of a Project Assistant who will support multiple facets of the business operations including Accounting, Payroll, and various research/tasks as needed from the Management team.
If you like the challenge of taking on complex issues and solving problems, you might be a good fit!
It would be ideal if you also have some combination of the following…
· At least one year experience with QuickBooks Online (reporting, reconciliations)
· Some payroll and/or HRIS experience
· Some knowledge of small business/new business operations
· Some knowledge of logistics / trucking
· Familiarity with social media platforms for business
Overall, you should have the desire to learn new things.
The pay rate for this position will be $23/hr, with an average of 10-12 hours per week. More help may be needed in the coming months.
