We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced baristas with a passion for teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking to leverage exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in coffee preparation techniques to contribute to a dynamic café environment.

Skilled in frothing milk to different textures for various espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.Ability to understand and fulfill customer preferences, including adjusting sweetness levels, milk alternatives, and flavor additions.Proficient in using point-of-sale systems for order taking, payment processing, and maintaining accurate transaction records.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding service, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining quality standards.Comprehensive understanding of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and specialty drinks to assist customers in making informed choices.
Compensation: $20/hr plus tips
