Your goal is to provide customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service.What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer’s transactions/ requests and needs in an efficient and timely manner

Deliver positive customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and ambiance in the café, maintaining facilities, ensuring the café is clean organized, fully stocked, and ready for service

Ensure consistency in quality, value, and service at the café and onsite events

Courteous and responsive to internal/external request

Exchange and verifies job related information to provide support
