Responsibilities include: Responsible for all internal/external catering, special events, Chef Demos, and Specialized holiday/themed menus partnering with the Events Coordinator. This includes supervision, preparation, and production of products as well as theme and layout of events with oversight from the Executive Chef. This Chef will aid in planning menus, taking advantage of products in season and local availability as well as ordering for all events. It may also involve serving meals and directing activities of multiple prep/line cooks who assist in the preparation and serving of meals. This position is responsible for managing back-of-house employees. Other responsibilities include supervision and production of other venues on campus as needed as well as supervision of back-of-house associates.
