Job Summary:
Fresh Form Draft is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and error-free.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and attending to inquiries. This includes managing appointments, providing information about our services, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer systems
- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
- Research and retrieve information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software and databases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
