Overview : We are currently seeking an On-Site Data Entry Clerk to join our team at a uniform manufacturer. The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in accurately entering shipping information into the system, managing inventory data, and providing essential support to warehouse operations.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities :

• Enter shipping information accurately and efficiently into the designated system.
• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, including updating inventory information and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry for shipping and inventory purposes.
• Maintain organized records of shipping documents and inventory data.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Strong computer and technical skills to navigate and utilize data entry systems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work on-site at the uniform manufacturer facility.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
