Purpose of Position:
Fresh Del Monte Produce has started a new café called FRSHst. Fresh Street Café (FRSHst) is currently looking for energetic, passionate individuals to join our team. We have an innovative new concept that brings fresh and healthy dishes to Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a server and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. FRSH St café is all about the healthiest and freshest high quality food products using Del Monte Fresh Produce ingredients and quality customer service.
Accountabilities:
· Responsible for serving customers and basic food preparation
· Responsible for keeping equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, washing and sanitizing.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
· Maintains a professional image at all time
· Must be willing to work as part of a team and serve customers
Minimum Skills Required:
· High School diploma and/or minimum 1 year experience working within the Food Service industry.
· Good communications skills
· We offer Flexible Schedules
· Basic Food Preparation skills Sandwich/ salads/ Smoothies.
· Requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
