Freese and Nichols is seeking entry to junior-level Recruiters looking to begin a career for one of today's most in-demand jobs, working with experienced recruiters to develop your skills in recruiting, sales and client management. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle from the time the business identifies a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer for an assigned client group. The Freese and Nichols Talent Acquisition Mission is: To attract, select and hire talented people to help them achieve their personal goals and for the success of the company in creating infrastructure that sustains our communities. Our collaborative team of recruiters will mentor you in developing hands-on experience for your career in recruiting, working alongside you in our new downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. After 6 months of working on-site full time, you have the option of a hybrid schedule working up to 2 days remotely. You also have the opportunity to work an alternative work schedule, with every other Friday off. Responsibilities Partner with your clients to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process Use a variety of methods to identify talent including client and employee referrals, online applications, LinkedIn and good old-fashioned networking Screen candidates through conversation to ensure they are qualified, interested and available before presenting to client for feedback Assist the client and candidates through the interview and offer process, developing skills in negotiation and sales Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of our engagement with them Qualifications 1 years' experience in customer or sales-focused role Experience in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 years' full-cycle recruitment experience including screening, sourcing and client management in an agency or corporate environment At Freese and Nichols, everyone on our team gets to make a meaningful difference in our communities.
