We're seeking a dynamic Skilled Trade Recruiter to join our team and lead the charge in finding the best of the best. You'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, connecting skilled tradespeople with life-changing opportunities and empowering businesses to thrive.

Compensation: $50k-$60k commission

Schedule: In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It  

You will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients staffing needs. You will also be responsible for managing assigned accounts and for growing the wallet share within their assigned accounts.

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from interview to placement.
  • Identify new opportunities and locations within the client to sell professional staffing services
  • Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
  • Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits.
  • Generate client and manager leads for sales reps through consultant relationship building and reference requests.
  • Outcomes and expectations for this role will be negotiated with the direct manager, including but not limited to revenue targets, clients under management and headcount targets. 

What You’ll Bring 

This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience within skilled trade and construction industries. Here’s what else we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred
  • Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred
  • Strong affinity for business development, including service calls and marketing calls
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal relations
