Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM; occasional required shift of 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 12PM- 8:00PM for Orientation Days; occasional weekend day

What You'll Do as a Staffing Onsite Representative:

  • Manage onsite staffing operations and ensure efficient placement of qualified candidates
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and address their staffing needs promptly
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and make hiring decisions
  • Coordinate employee scheduling and resolve any staffing issues that arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates
Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

  • Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
