Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM; occasional required shift of 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 12PM- 8:00PM for Orientation Days; occasional weekend day
What You'll Do as a Staffing Onsite Representative:
- Manage onsite staffing operations and ensure efficient placement of qualified candidates
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address their staffing needs promptly
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and make hiring decisions
- Coordinate employee scheduling and resolve any staffing issues that arise
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Have an influential personality that drives positive outcomes
- Be flexible with their schedule and available for Orientation Day check-in shift
