Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Business Litigation group.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Business Litigation group.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*5 years' litigation experience in legal or other professional services industry. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
*Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and identify attorney and project needs.
*Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
*Self-motivation; initiative; a positive, professional, can-do attitude and approach; and the desire to think creatively and get things done effectively and efficiently.
*Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness and interest to learn new and evolving systems and applications.
