Description

We are looking for a facilities maintenance technician with integrity, a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting and Drywalling to light Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. Must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with customers, fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Installing and/or repairing:

• interior and exterior restaurant appearance (painting)
• Responsive to service calls
• Able to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately
• Safely use tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair
• Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Superior oral communication skills

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• Own reliable transporation
• Valid state driver's license and insurance
• Responsible to handle work in multiple restaurants in San Antonio, Austin, and the Rio Grande Valley areas.
