Job Summary:
Frazier & Frazier is seeking a professional, dependable and detail oriented receptionist or legal secretary to provide support to our estate and tax planning practice.
The ideal candidate will have (i) the ability to work independently while performing as part of a team, (ii) a strong work ethic, (iii) a high degree of organization, flexibility, and adaptability, and (iv) a professional demeanor and pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with co-workers and interact with clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to legal assistant/paralegal/attorneys
- Assist with managing schedules and appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate resource
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing demands and timelines
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
