Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Transcribe meeting minutes one evening a month
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as needed
- Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
