```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Bartending: Proficient in preparing a wide variety of cocktails and drinks.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.
- Retail Math: Ability to perform basic calculations related to sales, discounts, and inventory management.
- Sales: Strong ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service.
- Brewing: Familiarity with different types of beers, brewing processes, and beer tasting.
- Basic Math: Proficient in performing basic mathematical calculations for cash handling.
- Catering: Experience in providing bartending services for catering events.
- Aloha POS: Familiarity with using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- POS: Experience using point-of-sale systems to process orders and payments.
