Quiessence at The Farm is seeking a service bartender to join our team! This position is focused on mixing seasonal specialty cocktails and serving wines by the glass and bottle at a small farm to table fine dining restaurant. There is a small 6 seat wine bar where guests can sit while they wait for their table.

Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Patio dining is also highly sought after when the weather is nice.

Service Bartender must have at least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a similar style restaurant. They must have a passion for providing great service and must be organized and able to multitask. Wine knowledge is a plus.

All candidates must have open availability during our business hours (dinner service Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday). Shift starts at 3:30 until 10:30- midnight.
