POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Director of HR is required to sit onsite at one of our Franciscan locations and has overall responsibility for the execution of the human capital strategy for across their division/service line or service group(s) at Franciscan Health. They oversee and manage the delivery of HR solutions to the business; solutions include, but are not limited to, organization development and effectiveness, change management, talent management and development, workforce planning, succession management, diversity and inclusion, coworker wellness and mergers/acquisitions and reorganizations. The purpose is to provide a combination of divisional and service line support, which will allow for a consistency of services, and a more proactive and strategic support to business leaders.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Sitting onsite at one of our Franciscan locations and managing three HR Business Partners that oversee the Central, Northern, and Western Indiana Physician Practice Ministries as well as the South Suburban Chicago Physician Practice Ministry.
Assist Physician Executives with various business-related needs and travel for onsite meetings to various regions as needed.
Participate on senior leadership business teams and supports achievement of key strategic priorities through use of talent.
Understand and identify the human capital implications of business strategy; identifies and implements organizational solutions such as organizational design, workforce engagement, talent development, and change management programs.
Work with Directors and above to understand talent strengths, gaps, and needs; develop workforce plans, succession management plans, career development plans, competency development and learning plans, diversity and inclusion plans; implements plans to drive coworker engagement, retention, and performance.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance on the implementation of programs to maximize value and return on the talent investment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
7 years Progressive HR leadership experience - Required
5 years HR Healthcare Physician Practice experience - Preferred
Demonstrated experience working with Physician leaders - Preferred
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Preferred
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Preferred
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) - Preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - Preferred
